Returns to adidas.com are free of charge and simple to make.

If you need to send an item back, simply register your return with us within 30 days of receiving your order. Then, all that's left to do is organize your collection. As part of our policy, all online returns from Lebanon are free of charge. Please make sure to read the product policy below before returning your items. Please note, delivery charges and COD additional charges are not refunded in case of return. Returns that do not meet our requirements may not be accepted, so please be sure to send all items back in their original condition with all adidas.com packaging intact and labels/tags attached. Due to hygiene reasons, underwear and bathing suits are not eligible for return. How to return online:

  1. Sign into your account, view order history and select the order for which a return needs to be raised. You will find the Create Return option there.
  2. Alternatively, you can visit the Order Tracker in the header, search your order using the order number and email ID, and from the order details page create a return as a guest.
  3. On the next page, select the checkbox Return required for the item you wish to return and then choose the return reason.
  4. Once you have selected the items you want to return, click on Next step at the bottom of the page.
  5. You will then see a return confirmation screen to verify all details of the items you are returning.
  6. Click the checkbox to accept terms and conditions for returns and then click on Next Step.
  7. Your return is now placed, and you will receive your return number.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via a gift certificate shared to your email address.
  • For credit card orders, refunds will be credited back to the same card used for the purchase.

 

In-Store Returns

Items purchased from adidas Concept Stores can also be returned directly in-store by presenting the original invoice. Please note that Outlet items cannot be returned in-store.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders returned in-store, refunds will be provided in cash and initiated as per the invoice price.
  • For credit card purchases, refunds will be processed back to the same card used for the payment.

 

Exchange:

Did you order an item online, but it is wrong in size? Instead of returning it…

  1. You can exchange for a different size for free within 30 days in our Retail Stores per invoice price.
  2. You can also exchange an item with any other item as per invoice price.
  3. If you choose an item with higher price than invoice, you can pay the difference amount.

 

How do I exchange an item?

  • Bring the item in its original packaging along with the invoice to any adidas store.
  • Original tags must be attached to them.
  • Item/s should be in its original condition and not used.
  • A proof of purchase (order details) must be presented at the time of exchange.

 

Store-Specific Exchange

  • Concept Items: Must be exchanged only at adidas Concept Stores.
  • Outlet Items: Must be exchanged only at adidas Outlet Stores.

Product Policy

All items returned to Adidas.com must be unworn and in new and unused condition. Those that do not meet our criteria will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer.

Please ensure products are returned with all adidas.com packaging in place in the condition that it was delivered in. We ask that you take care when trying on light colors or delicate fabrics to avoid damage that may result in a non-refund, furthermore evidence of wearing our clothing items outside of trying on the item will also result in a non-return. Please return any dust bags, certificates of authenticity and boxes as these are part of the product. Shoes should be returned without markings to the sole or shoe box. We ensure all products that leave our adidas.com warehouse is in a perfect condition. If you receive a damaged product, please contact our Customer Service team immediately.

 

Refunds during promotions:

  • If your order included a "Buy One, Get One Free" promotion, the free item is considered part of the offer. In case of a return, the refund will be adjusted on a pro rata basis to reflect the value of the promotion. If the paid item is returned, the value of the free item will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • If your order included a "Buy 1, Get 50% Off on the 2nd Item" promotion, the 50% discount is applied to the item with the lowest value. In case of a return, the refund amount will be adjusted on a pro rata basis, taking the promotional discount into account.
  • If your order benefited from an extra percentage discount (e.g., 20% off), the refund will be calculated based on a proportional distribution of the discount across all items.
