Return & Exchange | Adidas

Returns to adidas.com are free of charge and simple to make. Register your return within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note, delivery and COD charges are not refunded. Items must be returned in original condition with packaging intact and tags attached. Underwear and bathing suits are not eligible for return.

  1. Sign into your account, view your order history and select the order to return. Choose the Create Return option.
  2. Alternatively, visit the Order Tracker in the header, search by order number and email, then create a return as a guest.
  3. Select the checkbox Return required for the item you wish to return and choose a return reason.
  4. Once items are selected, click Next Step at the bottom of the page.
  5. A return confirmation screen will appear — verify all details of the items being returned.
  6. Accept the terms and conditions and click Next Step.
  7. Your return is placed and you will receive your return number.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via a gift certificate sent to your email.
  • For credit card orders, refunds will be credited back to the same card used for purchase.

Items purchased from adidas Concept Stores can be returned in-store with the original invoice. Outlet items cannot be returned in-store.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be provided in cash at invoice price.
  • For credit card purchases, refunds will be processed back to the same card used for payment.

Ordered the wrong size? Instead of returning it:
  1. Exchange for a different size for free within 30 days at our Retail Stores at invoice price.
  2. Exchange for any other item at invoice price.
  3. If the new item has a higher price, you can pay the difference.
  • Bring the item in its original packaging along with the invoice to any adidas store.
  • Original tags must be attached.
  • Item must be in its original condition and unused.
  • A proof of purchase (order details) must be presented at the time of exchange.
  • Concept Items: Must be exchanged only at adidas Concept Stores.
  • Outlet Items: Must be exchanged only at adidas Outlet Stores.

All items returned to adidas.com must be unworn and in new, unused condition. Items that do not meet our criteria will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer.

Please ensure products are returned with all adidas.com packaging intact. Take care when trying on light colours or delicate fabrics to avoid damage. Evidence of wearing items outside of trying them on will result in a non-return. Return any dust bags, certificates of authenticity, and boxes as these are part of the product. Shoes should be returned without markings to the sole or shoe box.

  • For "Buy One, Get One Free" promotions: the free item is part of the offer. Refunds are adjusted on a pro rata basis — if the paid item is returned, the value of the free item is deducted from the refund.
  • For "Buy 1, Get 50% Off on the 2nd Item" promotions: the 50% discount applies to the lowest-value item. Refunds are adjusted on a pro rata basis accounting for the discount.
  • For extra percentage discounts (e.g. 20% off): the refund is calculated based on a proportional distribution of the discount across all items.
