FINDING A PRODUCT
Here at adidas you can shop in a number of ways. Browse the site using the drop-down menus or if you know exactly what it is you’re looking for, you can use the search tool which is always located at the top of the page.
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
At adidas you can shop multiple items from various categories all at once.
- Using the search function, enter the product name, category you are interested in and use the filters to refine the results.
- Alternatively, you can use the product categories to find the item you are looking for.
- Once you’ve found an item you can’t live without, simply select your size, and click ‘Add to Bag’.
- You can review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the icon in the top right-hand corner, where you can then continue to checkout.
- Register your details or alternatively continue as a guest user.
- Enter your delivery details and select your preferred delivery option.
- Click ‘Review and Pay’ and choose ‘Cash on Delivery’ under ‘Checkout’ (subject to availability).
- Click ‘Place Order’ to submit your order and check all details are correct and then complete your purchase.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU’VE PLACED YOUR ORDER
CONFIRMATION
Once you place your order and it has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation email from adidas.com.lb confirming the receipt of your order.
DISPATCH
Once your order is ready to be dispatched you will receive an email with details of your order and how you can track your delivery.
